NOW CONTRACTORS IN ARKANSAS CAN CONVERT THEIR EXCAVATORS INTO PORTABLE JAW CRUSHERS.

Shamong, NJ — Giberson Enterprises, master distributor for the Eco-Crusher, announces Scott Companies of Little Rock, AR as their dealer for the state effective May 2008. As their dealer, Scott Company has agreed to inventory all Eco-Crusher excavator-mounted jaw crusher bucket models and wear parts, so the dealer can immediately serve customers. Attaching to any brand of excavator, the Eco-Crusher scoops and crushes concrete, brick, block, asphalt, aggregate, and other recycle and demolition material onsite – saving contractors hundreds of dollars per truckload on hauling and tipping costs.

Sam Light of Scott Companies explained the decision, “our company already markets to the demolition and recycle market, but this product allows us to offer a solution to the smaller sized contractor.” He added, “It is the best dang portable crusher we’ve seen.” Scott Companies serves Arkansas contractors from their Fort Smith, Little Rock, Texarkana and Spring branches.

The Eco-Crusher line includes the BF60 for 10-ton or larger excavators; the BF70 for 15-ton or larger excavators; the BF90 for 25-ton or larger excavators; and the BF120 for 40-ton and larger excavators. Production rates range from 15 TPH on the smallest bucket up to 99 TPH on the largest. The bucket crushes a maximum input product thickness of 15 inches-minus for recyclable material and 10 inches-minus for rock, into an end product that ranges from six inches down to one inch-minus.

Giberson Enterprises owns the exclusive United States distributorship from its manufacturer, Meccanica Breganzese of Italy. The company has sold more than 140 Eco-Crusher units to the U.S. market, while more than 4,000 units have been sold worldwide.
