GIBERSON’S ECO-CRUSHER ATTACHMENT PROVIDES UNIQUE ADVANTAGE TO CONTRACTORS

SHAMONG, NJ — The Eco-Crusher bucket attachment, distributed by Giberson Enterprises, LLC, allows recycle, demolition and concrete contractors to significantly reduce hauling and tipping costs by crushing demolition material on-site. The jaw crusher bucket attachment fits easily onto any brand of excavator, and quickly crushes concrete, bricks, blocks, basalt, aggregate and more – easily separating material from rebar, steel or copper pipe. The Eco-Crusher operates easily on small job sites, scooping and crushing the material on-site. This reduces the number of truckloads needed to haul away the material, and increases truck hauling capacity for jobs where removal of material is still needed – saving the contractor hundreds of dollars.

The Eco-Crusher provides contractors with a good return on their investment. It costs less to crush the recycled material – including the cost of the bucket, excavator, fuel and operator – than it does to haul the uncrushed material away. And contractors can often resell the crushed material or reuse it to reduce future material costs. The attachment often pays for itself in one year or less.

The Eco-Crusher only requires one operator to run the excavator and bucket to scoop and crush the material, and it easily attaches and detaches from the excavator. For projects such as house moving, or smaller demolition jobs, the attachment quickly and easily reduces foundations and other concrete material to use as on-site fill or sell as recycled aggregate material. On road building projects, contractors can crush old concrete pavement to make better use of haul truck capacity. In aggregate operations, the jaw crusher bucket is ideal for general cleanup and crushing of small deposits along the face of the quarry.

The Eco-Crusher line includes four models: the BF60 for 18,000-pound or larger excavators; the BF70 for 28,000-pound or larger excavators; the BF90 for 48,000-pound or larger excavators; and the BF120 for 68,000- to 110,000-pound excavators. Production rates range from 15 TPH on the smallest bucket up to 99 TPH on the largest. The bucket is designed to crush material with a maximum feed thickness of 15 inches-minus for recycle and 10 inches-minus for aggregate into an end product that ranges from 6 inches down to 1 inch-minus – depending on the bucket size and closed-side setting configuration.

Giberson Enterprises, LLC, derived from a contracting company with more than 45 years of experience. It was formed in 2005 when President Richard Giberson discovered the Eco-Crusher at the CONEXPO-CON/AGG trade show, and used it on his job sites. After experiencing the benefits of the Eco-Crusher, Giberson obtained the exclusive United States distributorship from its manufacturer, Meccanica Breganzese of Italy, and formed Giberson Enterprises. The company has sold more than 100 Eco-Crusher units to the U.S. market, while more than 3,000 units have been sold worldwide.
