Jaw Crusher buckets for Excavators
We have four models to covers your needs from the BF60 which has a adjustable output range from 1-4 inch minus. The BF70, BF90 and BF120 all have an adjustable output of 1-6 inch minus. All models can take in a 15" tall piece of material with a 18 inch top to bottom opening.
Rock is suggested to be 10 inches or smaller but we do have a HD90 & HD120 which are made for rock application. The openings are the same, the units are heavier because they are built more robust to handle the natural aggregate.
Jaw Crusher buckets are great for processing material to a specific size and often you can reuse or sell the material directly onsite without having to haul it at all.
They are not the fastest at size reduction but can handle unlimited length material such as concrete Rail Road ties, light post and barriers in one pass.
Rebar and wire pass right through these crushers without hesitation which allows you to reclaim the steel and recycle it. we also offer a magnet option for these models which bolts on the back of the units and runs off the 24volt system on the excavator. NO additional power source is needed.
